You check the facts. We write the pages, keep them right, and remind you when something's due.

There's no website builder here and no blank pages. Your practice checks the facts about itself in a short online form, and everything patients read is written from it, in plain English, to NHS England's 50 checks. Here's how that works, step by step.

1 · What you check

A short online form, mostly filled in before you see it

We read your current website and fill in what we can: your sites, opening hours, team, online consultation tool and ICB. You confirm the rest: how patients book, how they order repeats, where results come from. Nearly all of it is tick boxes, and it takes 20 to 30 minutes.

  • Opening hours and how to contact you
  • Appointments
  • Prescriptions
  • Test results
  • Getting here and building access
  • Registering
  • Feedback and complaints
  • Vaccines
  • Your team
  • GP contract information
  • Things we noticed on your current website

Every section has an “anything else?” box, and anything you write there goes on the page as a note.

2 · What we write

Nine pages, written from your answers

The pages patients use most are written for you from what you confirmed, for a reading age of 9 to 11. Change a fact once, in one place, and every page that uses it updates. Each page has a short notes box for anything that’s different at your practice.

  • Appointments
  • Prescriptions
  • Test results
  • Sick and fit notes
  • Vaccinations
  • Registering
  • Updating your details
  • Other services
  • Practice information

Everything else a GP website needs is set up for you too: the accessibility statement, the privacy notice, the practice information page, the cookie statement, 111 and 999 on every page.

One phone number, shown on five pages. Change it here and all five change.

3 · What we remember

About 40 jobs a year, on your list when they’re due

Friends and Family results every month. A check that each page is still right every six months. GP earnings and the privacy notice once a year. They show up on your admin home when they’re due, with a button that takes you straight there.

  • Temporary closure notices and urgent notices with a start and an end time, so they come down on their own
  • A to-do list on sign-in, so nothing depends on anyone's memory
  • Practice manager and editor roles, so reception can post news and notices without access to everything
  • An activity log of who changed what

4 · What we prove

Your score, every time you sign in

The GP contract has 26 website requirements and NHS England’s benchmark has 50 checks. Your admin shows your score against both, contract first, every time you sign in, with each gap linked to the place you fix it. When the ICB asks, you already have the answer.

  • The checks that depend on the website itself are built in: structure, accessibility, NHS design, search, urgent help
  • The checks that depend on your facts are in your form, so they're done when you've sent it
  • Built to WCAG 2.2 AA and tested on every update
  • An accessibility statement, privacy notice and practice information page written for your practice

What’s yours to write

Your own words still matter, and there’s a place for them wherever a practice would want one. What there isn’t is a “new blank page” button, on purpose: every page a GP website needs already exists, so there’s nothing to design and nothing to forget.

News

As much as you like, whenever you like. Patient Participation Group meetings, local services, flu clinics.

Notices

Temporary closure notices and urgent notices, in your words, with an end time.

Friends and Family results

Upload each month’s results and they’re published for you.

A note on every page

Anything that’s different at your practice, under the page we wrote.

Your team and services

Who works here, what they do, and the clinics you run.

Everything that’s included

The full list, for every practice, at one price.

What we don’t do, on purpose

Every extra system means another login, another supplier, more to keep up to date and more patient data to protect. So we leave out what a practice doesn’t need, and look after the rest ourselves.

Analytics and traffic reports

Your website isn’t a marketing tool and you don’t have time to read reports. No analytics, no tracking, no cookie banner.

Our own triage forms

You already have an online consultation tool. We link to it clearly instead of adding a second one.

A patient chatbot

Clear pages answer patients’ questions more safely, with nothing extra for your team to check.

Our own booking system

The NHS App and your clinical system handle bookings. We point patients to them.

Plugins and updates for you

No plugins, themes or security patches to manage. We host it and keep it up to date.

Web pages to write

You check the facts in a short online form. We write the pages in plain English, and keep them consistent.

Change requests and waiting

Your team makes changes itself in minutes. No tickets, no quotes, no waiting on us.

Patient data on your website

Nothing sensitive is stored on your website, so there’s less to protect and less to go wrong.
