Lost your website? We can have it back up for patients today.
If your practice website has gone offline, or your supplier has stopped, we put a new one up the same day: your opening hours, services and contact details, on a temporary address, with a login for your team. Your own web address follows. Nothing to pay until your current contract or prepaid period ends, for up to six months, and no lock-in.

What we need from you
- Your practice's ODS code, or the address of your old website
- One person we can contact today: a name and a work email
- When your current contract or prepaid period ends, if you know
That’s all. We find your public NHS details ourselves, and we never need your old supplier’s login.
Meanwhile, for patients
- Add a line to your phone message saying the website is temporarily unavailable, and how to book or order prescriptions instead
- Check your opening times and contact details on your NHS.uk profile: it's where many patients look first
- Remind patients they can still book, order repeats and see their record in the NHS App
What it costs
Nothing until your current period ends
If you’ve paid another supplier in advance, or you’re still in contract, you pay us nothing until that ends, for up to six months. You never pay two suppliers at once.
Then one price, no lock-in
£45 a month, no minimum term: leave on 30 days’ notice. Or £495 a year. No setup fee and no VAT to add. That’s the early sign-up price if you sign up by 31 January 2027, guaranteed for 2 years with no commitment; £55 a month or £595 a year from 1 February 2027.
Your address and content stay yours
Your .nhs.uk address belongs to your practice, not to a supplier. If you ever leave us, there’s no leaving fee and you get a full export of your pages, news and documents.
Tell us your practice
Fill in the form and we start today. We reply the same working day, by email, with your temporary address and login as soon as the site is up.
Until your own address points at the new site, it carries a short notice saying so, so patients know it’s yours. No obligation: if you decide not to go ahead, the site comes down and nothing is owed. Or email hello@gpsites.co.uk.
